Steve Fabriczy, one of the alleged murderers of Irma, appeared via video from the Alexander Maconochie Centre in ACT Magistrates Court this morning to face further charges in relation to the violent home invasion in 1999.
Fabriczy’s charges included stealing $30 thousand dollars in the break in, assault and bodily harm of Gregor, trespass with intent to assault and trespass to steal with a weapon.
He entered into a plea of not guiltily in relation to the previous charge of murder against Irma.
Fabriczy was remanded in custody until the 25 January 2024 where he will next face court.
